Cultural competence is vital in the modern education system. In this research article, we explore the neural basis of cultural competence in education, analyzing the brain functions underlying it. We examine its impact on student outcomes, including achieving academic success, improving self-esteem, and lowering dropout rates. We also discuss the challenges and limitations of implementing culturally responsive teaching practices and potential applications of cultural competence in education.
